Unit 16 is part of the desirable Phase 1 beach houses and is situated in a prime location on the great lawn, steps from the beach.

Rates & Reservations

Why rent directly from Owners?

Besides our preferred rates for direct rentals, we guarantee you the exact beach view location on the property.  Furthermore, since all the units are individually owned, each will
have its own style.  Thus, renting direct will also ensure the exact interior design and in-unit amenities.

You can then return to the same beach house year after year, knowing exactly what to expect.   We are proud to note that Beach House 16 has one of the highest repeat guest rates.  We hope it will be your home away from home, too.

Owner direct rates

We have been requested not to quote specific prices on our website. However, the rack rate for our unit varies by season between $400 and 450 per night. We are permitted to offer an “Owner’s Discount” of 25-30% at varying times of the year.  There is an additional and mandatory state tax subject to change per state mandate (as of January 1, 2019 it is
14.962%).

All Rates include:

  • Complimentary use of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club

  • Complimentary beach towel & chair rentals

  • Towel, trash or full maid services may be arranged with the front desk for an additional fee.

Rental Policy

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights.

  • Rental Fees: 100% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Deposit: 50% deposit is due upon booking to guarantee your reservation.

  • Payment method: By personal or cashier's check.

  • Cancellation Policy: If booking is cancelled 45 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, we will issue a refund less any fees incurred. If booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, a refund will be contingent upon our ability to re-book Kiahuna Unit 16 for that time period.

When you arrive

When you arrive on property, check in at the Castle Resorts front desk to pick-up your key for Unit #16.
