All Rates includes:
- One maid service for every 7-night rental period
- Complimentary use of the Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Clubs
- Complimentary beach towel & chair rentals
- Additional towel, trash or full maid services may also be arranged at additional fees.
When you arrive on property, you check in at the Castle Resorts front desk to pick-up your key. You
enjoy total access to the 24-hour front office located on the property close to your condo. If you have
any questions or desire any additional service, just call Castle to receive full service and support as
our guest.

Cancellation Policy: If booking is cancelled 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, we
will issue a full refund. If booking is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival, a
refund will be contingent upon our ability to re-book Kiahuna #16 for that time
period.

Rental Fees: 100% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

permitted to offer an “Owner’s Discount” of 25-30% at varying times of the year. There is an
additional and mandatory state tax subject to change per state mandate (as of July 1, 2009 it is
12.416%).
